Thanks for choosing The Sip Tease! We’re all about great drinks, good vibes, and unforgettable celebrations. These T&Cs are here to keep everything clear and fabulous from start to finish.

By confirming your booking and/or paying your deposit, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Booking & Payments

​

• A non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your quote) is required to secure your date.

• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event.

• Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment upfront.

• Payment is accepted via bank transfer or any other method specified in your invoice.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

​

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• If you cancel:

  • 30+ days before the event – no further payment due

  • 15–30 days before – 50% of the full balance will be invoiced

  • 0–14 days before – 100% of the full balance is payable

• In the rare event we need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, we’ll provide a full refund and help find an alternative where possible.

 

3. What We Provide

​

We’ll rock up with our custom trailer bar and provide:

• Full mobile bar setup & pack-down

• Trained, friendly bar staff

• Drinks (based on your chosen package)

• Glassware or eco-disposables

• All required bar tools & equipment

Extras outside your package (e.g. additional hours, extra drinks, last-minute changes) may incur extra charges.

 

4. 📍 Client Responsibilities

​

To make magic happen, we’ll need:

• Safe, level ground with enough space for our trailer

• Clear access for us to park and set up (please let us know about tight entrances, steep driveways, etc.)

• A standard power source, unless we’ve agreed to provide our own supply

• Permission from your venue for us to operate and serve alcohol on-site

If these requirements aren’t met and we can’t operate safely, service may be delayed or cancelled without refund.

 

5. 📜 Licensing & Alcohol Policy

​

• We are fully insured and licensed to serve alcohol under UK law.

• A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) may be required depending on your venue. We can apply for this on your behalf or assist you with the process.

• We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy – valid photo ID may be required.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, underage, or behaving inappropriately. Party vibes only!

 

6. 🧯 Damages & Liability

​

• You’re responsible for your guests’ behaviour. Any loss or damage caused to our bar, trailer, or staff during the event will be invoiced after.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by guests’ actions or alcohol consumption.

 

7. 📸 Photos & Social Media

​

• We may take photos of our trailer setup and vibe-y moments for our socials and marketing.

• Let us know if you’d prefer your event not be featured, no problem at all.

 

8. 🛡️ Insurance

​

We hold full Public Liability Insurance and necessary alcohol licences. Documents available on request.

 

9. 🛑 Force Majeure

​

If something out of our control (extreme weather, illness, accidents, etc.) prevents us from operating, we’ll do our best to reschedule or refund where appropriate, but we can’t be held liable for things beyond our control.

 

10. 🔐 Data & Privacy

​

We only collect the info needed to manage your booking and won’t share your details with anyone else (unless legally required). Privacy and prosecco? Yes please.
